The most important limitation on social responsibility is the limitation of authority. The constitutional lawyer know that there is no such word as "responsibility" in the political dictionary. The appropriate term is "responsibility and authority". Whoever claims authority thereby claims responsibility. The two are but different sides of the same coin. To assume social responsibility therefore always means to claim authority.

De totes formes, a la pràctica en moltes ocasions i sobretot qui guanya molta autoritat, el que fa es poder desprender-s'hi de la responsabilitat de forma immediata, al manco als ulls de molts: el papa, Bush, Aznar...
