In this aspect I must admit that I have to learn a lot still. All my impressions were mistaken. And unconsciously i wanted the task to fit the organization. Lesson learned from my current project and specially from one of my bosses, El Pequeño Saltamontes, who had always a clearer and more suitable idea of making the organization fit the task.
